About our content
R34base is a curated archive. Every video on the site is uploaded by the R34base team. There are no user uploads. Each post credits its original artist wherever we know who made it.
We respect the work of the artists we feature. If you made something that appears here and you don't want it on the site, or if its credits are wrong, we'll fix it.
If you're the artist
You don't need to send a formal legal notice. Email [email protected] with:
- The link to each video on R34base
- What you'd like: removal, a credit correction, or a link to your profile
- A way for us to confirm the work is yours, such as sending the email from an address listed on your profile, or posting a short message from your official account
Formal DMCA notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and want to send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
- The URL of each page on R34base where the material appears
- Your name, address, phone number and email address, and your company or organization if you act on its behalf
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Send it to [email protected] with "DMCA" in the subject line.
What happens next
We review every request and reply by email. When a request is valid, we remove the video or correct its credits and let you know once it's done. Because we upload everything ourselves, there is no third-party uploader to notify: the request is handled directly between you and us.
If you think something was removed by mistake, reply to the same email thread and we'll take another look.
Trademarks and other concerns
For a trademark complaint, email [email protected] with your name, the trademark owner, the registration number and country, and the URL of the material concerned.
If you believe any video breaks the law or should not be on the site for another reason, email us with the link and a short explanation.
False claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. If you're not sure whether the material infringes your rights, consider speaking to a lawyer before sending a notice.
